Update, July 27, 2013. It seems that Shari Jo Sorchych, the wife of Deadbeat Don, was begging Mrs. Pegler to place ads in the Sonoran News. When Mrs. Pegler asked how Don was taking the political change in Cave Creek, Shari Jo replied that he hadn’t slept a wink since the election. Don, Linda and the Snorin’ News are now circling the drain so fast you can hear the sucking sounds…Don was also spotted having lunch with Usama leading to speculation that Don may have asked Abujbarah for the $25K?
But Don? You did this to yourself! Own it because back in 2005, Freeman had to sue Sorchych because Don is a bad neighbor and refused to reimburse Jerry for maintaining their shared easement. The lawsuit is public record.

Apparently Jerry sold the Judgment to a Finance Company who recently filed a Motion to examine the financial health of Don Sorchych since Don hasn’t paid the Judgment, i.e. Deadbeat Don.
With Don offering advertising for half of what the Foothills Focus will charge, and the Sonoran News, Linda Bentley and Don and Shari Jo Sorchych being sued by Lopez for Defamation, the Truth wonders how they will hire attorneys to defend the Defamation lawsuit when Don can’t pay the Judgment from CV2005-051885. One has to question why anyone would advertise in the Sonoran News even at half price if Don could pull the plug tomorrow.
It also makes us question Don’s puffery about a recall. Seems a recall would require the propaganda arm of the Sonoran News to function. The Truth is currently researching who in Town (and most significantly, who in Town Hall) would finance a recall movement. Alternatively, Don is just making it all up in order for foolish folks up in the Hills to loan Don more money and keep is sorry newspaper afloat. Stay tuned.
