We recently lauded the Desert Foothills Chronicle on its recent publication but take exception to an article about Ernie Bunch. The incongruity of Ernie’s comments are obvious.
First, let’s stick to Cave Creek Ernie. You took an Oath to uphold the constitution as a council member, yet under your watch, Usama Abujbarah violated the constitutional rights of numerous citizens in Cave Creek. nonetheless, you voted to keep him as the Town Manager even though Usama’s transgressions were “transparent” to facetiously quote Sorchych. In addition, you voted to violate Jerry Freeman’s rights and accept Sorchych’s illegal Deed of Gift of property that was embroiled in a lawsuit.
Clearly, you haven’t a clue what the Constitution means or what constitutes an Oath of Office. Under your watch, Mariscal Weeks, Cordwell, Anderson, Iacovino, and Stein among others violated Cave Creek Town Codes and Ordinances ultimately violating Arizona state law, the state Constitution and the Federal Constitution.
This is why if a Sorchych inspired recall to reinstate Usama is instigated, you will be recalled because you are too stupid to understand what you swore an oath to uphold.
So how can you support a group like Oath Keepers when you have violated or allowed others to violate the Constitution in opposition to your Oath of Office? Against all enemies foreign and domestic. YOU’RE THE ENEMY ERNIE!
