I read your absurd response to my demand for an apology for turning the Town Council meetings of Jan. 27th and Feb. 3rd into a thug filled session of vicious attacks.
Your absurd, pathetic response was that it was free speech. You are clearly ignorant of the law or purposely duplicitous (or both) because defamation, libel and slander is not protected free speech.
Then, still not thinking straight, you go on to say the Town council is a place where citizens and outsiders can come to defame others in the name of free speech saying it’s a place where citizens can freely express any view on any citizen of the Town.
How about sticking to the agenda? Have you ever thought about that?
Here’s your statement:
“The council chamber is the community forum. It is the place where citizens and others outside the community may freely express their views to elected council members, on agenda items before the town or even on citizens of the town.”

But I’m not the first to understand you can’t think straight. You have said and clearly demonstrate every meeting your difficulty in casting a vote based on logic, facts and the law.
You count the number for and the number against, announce the totals, and then vote with the majority.
Your pathetic, absurd and ignorant response is a sad commentary and a farce perpetrated on the Town of Cave Creek.
We deserve better.
