They report only a fraction of the actual facts because they don’t want the public to know the truth.
They only want the public to know and believe what they say. And it’s never the whole Truth.
Attached are my exact remarks to the council meeting of May 4th. You will the remarks are far different than what the Snorin’ News reported. Town Council remarks 5-4-15
My remarks begin with this: “The day after the March 10th election, Don Sorchych gave the Town Council his marching orders in his newspaper.”
At the meeting Linda Bentley waved her arms to interrupt my remarks and said “That’s not true.”

“Sixth, cancel all commissions and reconstruct them with non-dark-side rabble rousers.”
Although Sorchych’s comment is poorly thought out (typical for him), he is quite right…..they will be rabble rousers.
I went on to point out fraud on the citizens of Cave Creek for voting on a General Plan in 2005 that included trails that were never agreed to by the property owners.
To vote on a General Plan that is based on a ‘wish list’ to bestow the force of law on is fraud on a grand scale.
The Town Planning Dept. needs to be held accountable for this fraud.
In fact, many of them were never contacted when trail builders showed up on to take their property and turn it into public trail that can be used 24/7 by anyone.
Simply put, this is just wrong.
Others, where the Town wants to put trails, are surprised by the hordes of trail users that show up to use their private property because it is shown on the fraudulent 2005 General Plan as a public trail.
This is what LaMar, Bunch and Sorchych want for the Town…and it’s been articulated by the Town….put a trail wherever the Town wants one. Even take private property to do it.
One witness at the December trial testified under oath they were ‘bulldozed’ by the Town when a trail was put across their property without their consent and could do nothing about it.
The Town knows they have the power and money and that no one can match their unlimited spending power.
Every citizen in the Town or Cave Creek should be outraged that this Plan included trails across private property that were nonchalantly characterized as a ‘wish list’ in sworn testimony.
Sworn testimony was given by the Town of Cave Creek on Dec. 19, 2015 before Judge David Talamente in the Maricopa County Superior Court that their trail plan was a wish list.
The public voted for the 2005 General Plan based on this fraud perpetrated by the Town of Cave Creek that now characterizes the General Plan as a wish list.
This wish list now has the force of law based on fraud.
Read my attached remarks to the council on May 4th and you will see more machinations are being perpetrated on the public for a vote to approve the 2015 General Plan.
Based on their past actions, it’s easy to predict their future actions. And they will not be in the best interests of the majority of Cave Creek residents.
Get involved and get informed. Your best interests are not and will not be carried out by this Council.
You have been warned. Forewarned is forearmed. It’s coming and you will not like it.
Ask Eileen Wright; the dirty revenge politics of Sorchych, LaMar and Bunch are just the beginning.

It stands to reason that the fate of Don Sorchych be eternal punishment and damnation. In the meantime, it behooves the good citizens of Cave Creek to consider Don’s conduct in context of its influence on the Town’s behavior as a pattern of racketeering activity. As Grace Meeth pointed out, these Zombies have a limited bag of tricks which they use over and over again. Taken individually, there appears to be no cause of action, i.e. Gilbert Lopez. Gil filed a lawsuit which was was dismissed. Make no mistake, Gil was damaged- he was played by Usama, Don and Linda, with each doing their part to cast Gilbert in a false light. The issues were not defamation, but misrepresentation and fraud. A small junta of Town officials and state actors engage in criminal conduct in concert with Bentley and Sorchych to injure select citizens, their businesses, reputation and property in violation of ARS 13-2314.04.
Most citizens don’t understand this, or simply construe it as dirty politics, but the reality is far more sinister. Eileen is just one more casualty of the criminal enterprise in Cave Creek orchestrated by Sorchych. I have no idea how you endure him as a neighbor.
