No matter how Don fashions his views, he’s a Hater.
To Cave Creek’s credit, no one stood up to defend Don’s racist, anti-Semitic antics, except his dumb as a brick sidekick, Bentley. Sorry Linda, just because your mom and dad were Jewish, doesn’t mean you’re not working for a Nazi. I’m sure the Anti-Defamation League would agree. Anyone with a half a brain would look at that Swastika cartoon in the context of Don’s diatribe against Adam Trenk as Anti-Semitic. Don’s incoherent editorial confirms it.
Don does not apologize or express atonement for his sins.

We cherish Free Speech. It’s a cornerstone of Democracy. But expressing Hate as a prejudice against a person’s religious beliefs, race, or national origin is contrary to the principles upon which this Nation was founded. It’s that basic.
By giving Don an illegal contract for printing Town notices, the Town Council becomes Don’s accomplice in his manifestation of hate and bitterness. His divisiveness has shaped the community in despicable ways. The most appropriate action the Council could do is to rescind the contract to the Sonoran News, and show the world that Cave Creek is a Town of compassion and tolerance. That’s how it was before Don started the S’Nooze.
What we want for Cave Creek is to be a community that is known for its live and let live attitude. That’s the way Cave Creek was before Don Sorchych. And that’s why Don calls us “the Dark Side.”

Well said. You might add that Cave Creek citizens don’t want to be known as the Town with a Anti Semite as it’s newspaper editor. Nor do we want to be known the Town that prints Swastika’s in its only newspaper. Citizens do not want to painted with the broad swath of hate he presents. They want distance from Sorchych…lots of it. Just go into the Post Office. There, you will find stacks of his papers…not just thrown away…but torn in half and thrown in the garbage. That’s what Sorchych’s paper is to most people in Cave Creek….garbage.
Keep Sorchych’s Swastika and lame excuses for calling Italians dagos, etc.

You can remind him often when he speaks of ‘hate blogs’ that criticize him that it’s free speech…he said so. If he can print Swastika’s, you can call him a race baiting, ignorant Anti-Semitic, Jew Hater.
