Just to give you a heads up. I sent the Town a Notice of Claim / demand to comply with ARS 9-500.12 to which you have done nothing which is kind of disappointing considering I’m probably the only person in Cave Creek who voted for you against McCain.
That said, I’ll copy you and Adam with the Writ of Mandamus which I’m submitting to Court tomorrow.
And over the weekend, I’ll be revising my Motion to Amend which unfortunately must include you and the current council for continuing to violate my constitutional rights. I had high hopes and great expectations on your appointment as ITM. Now John Vannucci is suggesting Carrie Dyrek replace you- that no one else is better qualified?
Jerry Freeman is better qualified but he doesn’t want the job.
Terry Zerkle is better qualified, but he doesn’t want the job either.
I’m more qualified but our litigation could be considered a conflict of interest.
However, since Tom McGuire is criticizing the selection process, let’s make it interesting. I previously pulled a packet to run for Mayor but candidly, I’d prefer to get paid for making Cave Creek operate efficiently. I’ve consulted government and fixed departments far larger and more corrupt than Cave Creek and I’ve already gone toe to toe with Sorchych.
Consider this email my intent to throw in my hat. I’ll get you a letter of interest and a resume by the 31st.
